Last weekend, I drove my family to LAX to tiễn mom về Vietnam. We all worried about mom. We didn't know if mom could depart in Vietnam safely or not.
Since that day, our dad has been making calls to Vietnam a lot, almost every day. He misses mom, he feels empty without mom's presence. On these days, I just want to stay at home to talk to dad, so that he won't feel lonely when mom is gone. Since getting married, they have never been separated as long as this time. For many people, three weeks are just a long time but for them, I'm sure that, they must have missed each other very much, especially my dad. Anyway, if mom hadn't gone to Vietnam, we wouldn't have known how dad loves mom. I feel very happy about that.
